We are proud to be enabling and supporting independent living predominantly for residents over 60 years old.
With over 1,400 quality homes in Kingston-Upon-Hull and the East Riding of Yorkshire, we deliver high quality services with a particular social value emphasis on health and wellbeing in later life.

We are proud of the quality and diverse range of homes we have available. From traditional to modern, and everything in between, our homes are as individual as our residents.
Our PFH Plus Apartments are suitable for single people or couples, over five sites, each with their own Scheme Manager who is there to support and help residents access services they may require.
