Who We Are
Pickering and Ferens Homes is the largest locally based independent Housing Association operational exclusively within the city of Kingston upon Hull and the East Riding of Yorkshire.
Pickering and Ferens Homes is a non-profit making registered Housing Association (A4020), a registered charity (No 1014862) and a member of the National Almshouse Association (No 9812).
The Association is therefore subject to the control and guidance of the Charity Commissioners, via the Charities Act 1993 and the Housing Corporation via the Housing Associations Act 1996.
The Association provides high quality housing accommodation for people aged over 60, in need, within the city of Kingston upon Hull and the East Riding of Yorkshire.
