- We aim to provide a healthy and safe environment, tidying up litter, providing extra lighting and gritting pavements in winter.
- We aim to provide a suitable grounds maintenance service, whether it is on an individual basis to resident’s private gardens or to communal areas.
- We aim to carry out a planned maintenance programme, ensuring that component renewal is undertaken on an as needs basis and also that properties conform to the minimum requirements of the governments decent home standard.
