At Pickering and Ferens Homes we are committed to providing a high quality and efficient service but we realise that we do not always get it right. Therefore if something goes wrong we want to know about it.
We welcome feedback, whether positive or negative, about our services as it helps to give us a valuable insight into the services that we provide and how they can be improved. Therefore if you are not satisfied with our service for any reason or would like to offer us any kind of suggestion then please don’t hesitate to talk to us. Where possible we will try to resolve any problems informally. If we cannot do so then you should follow our complaints procedure.

Who Can Make a Complaint?
Anyone who is using or is affected by the services provided by Pickering and Ferens Homes is entitled to make a complaint.

Please note that where possible we will investigate anonymous complaints. However we will not be able to process it through our complaints procedure. We may also refuse to consider a complaint if it is made in an unreasonable manner.
