Handbook and Policies
Providing a top quality service to our customers is our priority and one of the ways we aim to achieve this is to make sure that we provide information to our customers that they need and find useful.
Over time and following consultation with residents we have put together a number of different leaflets providing various information to customers on the different services we provide and areas of our business. We have separated the various leaflets that we produce into a number of categories therefore making it easier to find the information required.
Please note that our resident handbook is made up of these leaflets. This is provided to residents in a hardbound ring binder and therefore cannot be downloaded in the format provided to residents. If you would like a copy of the handbook please contact us on (01482) 223783.
