How to Apply
You can apply for a home with us at any of our schemes if you are 60 years of age or older with the exception of Esther JacobsHomes where applicants must be aged 65 and over. If you are 55 plus then you can only apply for accommodation at a limited number of our schemes (see our Allocations Information Booklet for more information) and only in exceptional circumstances do we offer accommodation to persons under the age of 55.

Please note: Applicants will not be considered for accommodation if it is believed that they have sufficient savings and / or equity to pursue other housing options. The financial limit is reviewed on an annual basis therefore, please ask what the current figure is before applying. N.B. as at September 2010 the savings / equity limit was £150,000.
