Properties
The association is currently responsible for the management of over 1200 properties located within the city of Kingston upon Hull and the East Riding of Yorkshire. A summary of the types of properties withinPickering and Ferens Homes portfolio is as follows:
- Number of houses = 11
- Number of bedsitters = 7
- Number of one bedroomed sheltered flats, located within 5 category II sheltered housing schemes = 185
- Number of one and two bedroomed flats (not sheltered) = 104
- Number of one and two bedroomed bungalows = 870
- Number of 3 bedroomed bungalows = 2
Additionally:
- 990 properties have been constructed since 1988.
Our five category II sheltered housing schemes are located at Ada Holmes Circle (North Hull), Broadway Manor (East Hull), Christopher Pickering Lodge (West Hull), Humber View (East Hull) and Malin Lodge (East Hull). All of these schemes were constructed during the 1990’s.
