Rents and Payments
Pickering and Ferens Homes offer a range of ways in which residents can pay their maintenance fee/rent and service charges. For security reasons cash and cheques cannot be collected by the association’s staff, however you can make payments via Direct Debit or by using a personal payment card.
Payment cards are issued to all residents after they move into a Pickering and Ferens Homes property. These can be used to pay rent and service charges at a variety of outlets, including the Post Office and other locations which display the PayPoint symbol. Residents can also use this card to pay their charges via the internet, this can be done by logging into www.allpayments.net with their card reference number and following the simple online instructions. We also accept telephone payments with a debit or credit card by calling 0844 5578321 quoting your payment card reference number.
Payments are normally credited to your rent account within five working days. To help residents keep a record of their rent account we send account statements on a quarterly basis. These statements can also be provided on request.
