You will receive a response within 24 hours during normal office working hours. Do not report emergency repairs this way. Instead phone the Maintenance Section direct during normal office working hours or phone the Call Centre out of normal working hours.

Simply write to the association. However, this will delay the response time for your repair, or call in at the office during normal office working hours.

Please ensure you give us the following information when reporting a repair:-
• Your name
• Your address
• A daytime telephone number
• Access details
• Details of the repair
• Any special needs you may have, for example if you are disabled.
