Pickering and Ferens Homes is the largest locally based housing association for older people, operating exclusively within Hull and the East Riding.
The organisation is a registered social landlord, a registered charity and a member of the Almshouse Association. The organisation is seeking to appoint additional Trustees with legal, financial, social services, and housing association related knowledge and experience, in particular.
Successful Trustees will be good at working with people and be committed and able to devote time to attend meetings. Trusteeship is voluntary and unpaid although all reasonable out of pocket expenses will be paid. Appropriate training and induction will also be provided.
