If there are no other suitable candidates who are of age, we will consider applicants (subject to you meeting the required criteria listed at Section 2 and 3) who are under 60 for the following areas:

  • Junella* (houses and bungalows)
  • Ashwell Avenue*
  • Hemswell Avenue*
  • Main Street, Tickton

If you do not wish to be considered for the above areas only or require housing in alternative areas please contact us when you are age 60 years old or above. Please complete Section 4 if you would like to your details adding to the waiting list for housing in the above areas only.

54 and under
Unfortunately you do not fit the age criteria to be placed on the PFH waiting list at present. (In exceptional circumstances we may consider under 55’s for low demand properties this excludes all sheltered accommodation). Please complete Section 4 only if you wish to be added to the waiting list for the areas listed below:-

  • Icelandic Close, Linneaus Street, Hull  (1 bedroom flats/bungalows)
  • Rosedale Grove, Spring Bank West, Hull (1 bedroom bungalows)
  • Ashwell & Hemswell Avenue, Greatfield Estate, Hull (1 bedroom bungalows)
  • Eleanor Scott Cottages, Southcoates Lane, Hull (1 bedroom bungalows)
  • Barham and Staveley Road, Bilton Grange, Hull (1 bedroom flat)

(Under 60's may be considered for adapted properties if we are unable to allocate a property to a suitable applicant over the age of 60).

Proceed to Section 4 and complete all fields. A member of the Customer Support Team will contact you to arrange an appointment for you to come in and complete your application.

Unfortunately you do not fit the criteria to be placed on the PFH waiting list at present.

Next Steps

Subject to you meeting the required criteria listed above you will be contacted by a member of the Customer Support Team who will make an appointment for you to come in to the PFH offices and complete the application process.

When attending the meeting with the Area Co-ordinator you must bring the following evidence to the appointment:-

Failure to provide this information at the appointment will result in a delay in processing your application. It will not be processed until all outstanding information is provided.

If you are unable to make the appointment you must let us know as soon as possible so that your appointment slot may be used by someone else.
