We recommend that you follow NHS guidance to help prevent its spread:

  • wash your hands with soap and water often – do this for at least 20 seconds
  • always wash your hands when you get home or into work
  • use hand sanitiser gel if soap and water are not available
  • cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or your sleeve (not your hands) when you cough or sneeze
  • put used tissues in the bin straight away and wash your hands afterwards
  • try to avoid close contact with people who are unwell

If you are worried about symptoms (mild to severe Fever, Cough or Shortness of breath) please call NHS 111. Do not go directly to your GP or other healthcare environments.

Help with Hearing Aids

If you need to replace batteries or parts in your hearing aids – please get in touch with Emma Butterfield. Emma can complete doorstep collections, delivery replace tubes and batteries for all our residents, while observing social distancing.
