Our Property Services team has been busy talking to residents at Broadway Manor about how they would like their new kitchens to look.
The kitchens were selected for replacement as part of our upgrade programme, which prioritises kitchens by age and condition.
A “choices event” recently took place in the communal lounge at Broadway Manor to give residents the opportunity to choose their own worktop and cabinet colours and door handles, as well as floor coverings.
Meanwhile we have recently completed the installation of new bathrooms at Christopher Pickering Lodge. We hope residents will enjoy their new washroom facilities, which have been carried out to the usual high standard.
James Butterworth, Asset and Development Manager at PFH, said: “It is so nice to get residents’ input into
the early stages of planning the upgrades to their properties. By talking to them long before the work begins, it means when their new kitchen is installed they really feel that it’s to their own taste. The bathrooms work has gone very smoothly and we are sure residents will be pleased with the end result.”
