A new set of Service Standards has been agreed in partnership with residents and based on feedback from the Autumn 2020 Satisfaction Survey. As part of that we are going above and beyond to ensure every resident’s voice is listened to, and more importantly that we take action.

This area of the website is dedicated to showcasing the various ways that we are listening to residents and where change is happening.
