Pickering and Ferens Homes have achieved ‘Gold’ in the Investors in People accreditation.
Gold accreditation means that Pickering and Ferens not only have policies and procedures in place but more than that, it means everyone – from Chief Executive to apprentices take ownership for making them come to life.
Pickering and Ferens is a small but mighty organisation, delivering housing to older people and ensuring that they have all the opportunities to be healthy and happy in their homes and communities.
