Humberside Police has released information of potential bogus callers in and around Lodge Street in Hull.
Older people are to be aware and report this if they receive a call such as this.
An elderly lady was offered to have some roofing work carried out by a male who left a double sided leaflet. The lady did not accept the offer of work and the male left.
Checks of the telephone numbers, email and Company name have been completed and concerns are raised that this Company may possibly be fake.
Please be vigilant. Report all bogus callers to 101.
