PFH has appointed a market research company called Acuity to carry out a postal satisfaction survey of all residents to find out how well we are doing across our many service areas.
We choose to use an independent agency so you can be honest and open about your views, and confident that the results are transparent. The agency can also benchmark our results against equivalent landlords, so we know where we are above average and where we are falling behind.
Acuity will be sending out the questionnaires in mid-September with a reply paid envelope. When you receive the questionnaire, it will only take around 10 minutes of your time to complete and we hope that you will be able to provide some valuable feedback. The results will help us to identify areas of dissatisfaction and we will look towards making improvements in those areas.
