Our Retirement Living Plus apartments, suited for both couples and single people, are situated across five sites in Hull. Each building offers self-contained unfurnished apartments with a communal lift to upper floors.

Our Scheme Managers are there to support residents in a variety of ways, from just checking they are OK to supporting residents to get the services they need to live independently and happily. The Scheme Manager also supports the scheme’s engaging and diverse activities programme! They are on site from Monday to Friday during office hours only.

There are a range of facilities available, including a 24-hour emergency call system, communal lounge and communal kitchen, assisted bathing facilities, a guest room for visiting family and friends, a laundry with washing and drying facilities, a library, a quiet room and a hairdressing salon.
