Our roles are many and often varied but they all form part of our overall objective to be an exemplar organisation.

We are also responsible for liaison and consultation with residents to ensure they are getting the best from us and their homes by offering first class services, delivering better neighbourhoods and communities and promoting independent living and choice, these are all high on our list of our priorities. We will be working closely with our residents and partners to achieve these aims.

In short, it is our job to make sure the services we offer our residents are of the highest quality.

The Property Services Team is responsible for the comprehensive management of the association’s property portfolio. This includes areas such as: planned maintenance, cyclical painting programme, day to day maintenance including pre and post inspection works, aids and adaptations, energy efficiency measures and grounds maintenance.

The Property Services Team ensures that our properties continue to exceed the decent homes standard by managing programmes of capital investment works (planned works). The team also ensures that our properties comply with statutory obligations with regards to asbestos, water hygiene (legionella), gas, fire safety (where applicable) and electrical testing.



The Finance and IT Team’s responsibilities are arranged around three core functions: accountancy, resources and treasury management; revenue and income collection; and information and communication technology.

The Finance team ensures proper management and monitoring of the Association’s funds, and compliance with legislative requirements. The team also supports the overall objectives of the association by ensuring that the appropriate and timely information is available to enable the organisation to provide a valued and economic service to all customers.

The Association’s IT services ensure that the organisation is working with the latest hardware and software technology to enable efficient and effective service delivery. The team ensures that IT projects are properly planned and managed, and that new ways of working are introduced alongside advancements in technology.



Working in partnership with Pickering and Ferens Homes, Glendale’s local team has been providing a range of routine grounds maintenance services to 35 sites across Kingston-upon-Hull since April 2016.

Glendale have been at the forefront of green service provision across the UK since 1990 and are committed to delivering good quality green environments on behalf of their client’s which positively contribute to the health and well being of the community.
