We are often looking for resident board members
If you’re interested in helping PFH to achieve its mission to provide high quality housing, services and support for people in need, then this is a fantastic way to get involved.
The Board Members governs PFH, by ensuring the organisation is managed properly, and is made up of 12 Board Members, including two Resident Board Members.
Those interested in the role are welcome to observe a meeting of the Board prior to attending an informal meeting with PFH Board Member and staff. At this meeting, the role is explained and there is plenty of time allowed to ask questions and discuss the role ahead of interview.
Following this meeting, residents wishing to put themselves forward will submit a brief application and be invited to an informal interview.
The time commitment we ask of our Board Members is approximately 1.5 days per month to include board meetings, training, strategy discussions, committees and other meetings throughout the year.
