Report and Financial Statements 25-26

The Charity is pleased to report a net surplus for the year of £1,376k (2025 £2,063k). The lower net surplus compared with the previous year was primarily driven by increased maintenance expenditure and a return to more typical management cost levels, following an exceptional prior year in which costs were reduced due to the organisation’s focus on implementing the new Civica housing and finance systems.
