Stephanie Rushton
Business Services Director
Stephanie joined Pickering and Ferens Homes in 2022 and worked as Head of Finance for 3 years before becoming Business Services Director.
As well as being PFH’s chief financial officer, Stephanie also leads on financial planning, treasury management, performance, risk and IT services.
Stephanie is a qualified chartered accountant with over 25 years finance experience working in financial services, manufacturing and further education before joining the social housing sector.
Outside of work, Stephanie is a mum of two children and 3 dogs and enjoys watching rugby, WWE Wrestling, WRC rallies and spending time with family and friends.
