If you pay your Direct Debit monthly, the amount you will pay is worked out as follows:
Your weekly WMC (rent) amount is multiplied by 52 weeks of the year and then divided by 12 months.
monthly payment amount = WMC(rent) x 52 weeks ÷ 12 months
If your weekly WMC(rent) is £106.50 per week then
monthly payment amount = £106.50 x 52 weeks ÷ 12 months = £461.50 per calendar month
