How we complete the TSM survey

Summary of Approach

A summary of the methodology used to complete the Tenant Satisfaction Measures’ (TSM) survey for Pickering and Ferens is below

**As part of our full resident satisfaction survey, which we undertake every three years, contacting all our residents, we included a selection of Tenant Satisfaction Measure (TSM) questions alongside other service specific questions, to help us gather more robust and representative feedback on residents’ experiences of our services. Incorporating these questions within a wider survey allowed us to reach a broader cross-section of residents, improve the reliability of the insights collected, and ensure that the feedback we receive reflects the diverse needs and views of our resident population. These are not included in our annual TSM submission and annual out turn**
