We Offer:
Join us in a Scheme Manager role. This is a permanent contract. You will work at one of our PFH+ Schemes in Hull and provide housing management support and services to older residents in a supportive independent living environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Welcoming new residents and ensure they understand Scheme Processes.Ā
- Ensure regular contact is made with residents.Ā
- Respond to lifeline alarm calls.Ā
- AssistĀ in the Scheme Activities which promote wellbeing andĀ IndependentĀ living.Ā
- Carry out annual support plans with each resident.Ā
- Liaise with residents to assess needs, and where applicable signpost to external agencies.Ā
- Ensure conditions of the licence areĀ observedĀ by residents.Ā
- AssistĀ in resolving any differences betweenĀ residents, andĀ hold quarterly resident meetings within the schemes.Ā
- Ensure the communal areas, grounds and building are kept to a high standard, and report any repairs needed.Ā
- Carry out health and safety checks of the premises.Ā
- To provide excellent customer service to residents and their families.Ā
The ideal candidate will have ā
- Good understanding of health & safety legislation.Ā
- Knowledge of working in an advice and support capacity with older people, including developing good working relationships with other agencies.Ā
- Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.Ā
- Excellent organisation and planning skills.Ā
- Ability to produce reports and support plans using MS Packages.Ā
- At least 2Ā years experienceĀ of delivering excellent customer service in a service orientated environment.Ā
- Knowledge of housingĀ is desirable but not essential.Ā
Salary:āÆUp to Ā£28,417 depending on experience.
Hours:āÆ37 hours per week
We welcome job share applicants at this stage but would need a match to progress to further stages as full time hours are required for the role.
Location:āÆOur office is located at 7 Beacon Way, Hull, HU3 4AE.
