Deputy Chair of the Board / Chair of Governance and Remuneration Committee
Catherine joined the Board of Directors in November 2023 and is the Board Deputy Chair and Chair of the Governance and Remuneration Committee.
Catherine is is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and brings extensive knowledge and experience to her role having worked in the social housing sector for over 20 years. Catherine became the Director of Governance and Legal for bpha in March 2025.
Catherine is also the Director and Vice Chair at Chartford Housing Ltd, a Co-opted Trustee at Brigg Sir John Nelthorpe Foundation and a Foundation Governor at Sir John Nelthorpe School.
