Catherine joined the Board of Directors in November 2023 and is the Board Deputy Chair and Chair of the Governance and Remuneration Committee.
Catherine is is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and brings extensive knowledge and experience to her role having worked in the social housing sector for over 20 years. Catherine became the Director of Governance and Legal for bpha in March 2025.
Catherine is also a Director at Chartford Housing Ltd and The Gloucestershire Care Partnership , a Director and Secretary at The Oxfordshire Care Partnership, Secretary at BPHA Finance Plc, a a Co-opted Trustee at Brigg Sir John Nelthorpe School Foundation and a Foundation Governor at Sir John Nelthorpe School.
