Joe McLoughlin
Board Member
Joe joined the Board of Directors in November 2025 and sits on the Governance and Remuneration Committee.
He brings more than twenty years of senior leadership experience across housing, technology enabled care and wider customer facing services. His background spans executive and non executive roles in regulated, multi site organisations where he has led improvements in customer experience, organisational culture and operational performance.
Alongside his board roles, Joe advises housing, care and TEC organisations on governance, customer experience and digital change. He helps leaders improve the quality and use of data, strengthen insight and reporting and ensure new digital systems are adopted safely and effectively. His work supports transparent decision making and services that remain accountable, equitable and focused on the needs of residents.
He has collaborated with several universities and research organisations on innovation, applied insight and sector learning. Joe also serves as a Partner Consultant with the Institute of Health and Social Care Management, where he is the Lead Consultant and Housing Association Partner focused on strengthening housing’s role in health and social care integration. He contributes nationally through the National Care Forum Consult Panel.
