Andy Gladwin

Andy joined our Board of Directors in September 2017 and is the Chair of our Audit and Risk Committee.
Andy has over 18 years of experience within the social housing sector, currently with David Tolson Partnership an independent consultancy providing advice and support to housing associations, charities, commercial businesses and higher education establishments and previously working for the Riverside Group, a national provider of affordable housing with over 50,000 units.
Andy has expansive knowledge of financial accounting, treasury, business planning and management reporting and the provision of financial support for commercial subsidiaries.
Andy originates from Hull and the majority of his family still live locally.
