Did you know we have an incentive scheme which rewards residents who switch to making payments by Direct Debit? 

Sign up to our new Direct Debit incentive scheme today and, as long as you’re still paying your WMC by Direct Debit after six consecutive months, we will credit your account with £30.00.

The incentive is only available to residents when they switch from paying by payment card / debit card or other methods, to paying by Direct Debit.

Very. All you have to do is complete the enclosed form and return to us as soon as possible, we will do the rest.

After six months of successful Direct Debit payments we will credit your WMC account. You can either use the credit to reduce your usual payments, keep it on your account to help cover any change in what you need to pay, or we can refund it into your bank account. 

  • You will need a bank account to set up a Direct Debit.
