At PFH we are directed and led by our Board of Directors.
The Board are responsible for ensuring PFH is well governed.
The Board Members, acting through the corporate trustee, Pickering and Ferens Homes Trustee Limited, have ultimate legal responsibility for PFH.
The Board’s duties comprise of setting PFH’s strategic aims, providing leadership to put the aims into effect, supervising the management of the business, reporting on its stewardship and ensuring the association meets its Health & Safety compliance responsibilities.
