We have an opportunity for an experienced non-executive director to join us to ensure we continue to challenge our offering to our residents and keep us pointed in a positive strategic direction. Our Board members will be expected to join a committee commensurate with their skills. We are always aiming to demonstrate governance excellence. We will judge your application on its merits, and we are open to a broad range of skills. Ideally, as we have recently appointed some first-time board members, we are now looking for a senior leader, who has previous non executive experience within a similar setting.
