We’re pleased to share some exciting news… new PFH homes are coming to Hemswell Avenue in Hull!
The site, also known as Isaac Newton Park, will become our latest development, creating more much-needed homes for people in our community.
At Pickering and Ferens Homes we recognise and understand how much demand there is for our homes, and developments like Hemswell Avenue mean we can continue to grow and give more people the opportunity to find a home where they can live independently and feel settled in their community.
Our Chief Executive, Claire Warren, and Board Chair, John Glenton recently visited the site to meet Nick Hammond and the team at Hammond Homes, who we’ll be working with to deliver the development.
